H1N1 Vaccine Available at Slidell Memorial Hospital - Thursday, November 12, 2009

Slidell Memorial Hospital announces it will offer H1N1 vaccinations to the general public through its SMH Center for Family Health primary care center, 901 Gause Blvd., between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 20. The vaccine will be $5 per dose to cover administrative costs. There are limited supplies of the vaccine at this point in time. |
