St. Tammany Parish Hospital Service District No. 2 (Slidell Memorial Hospital) Board of Commissioners has elected Daniel McGovern IV their 2010 Chairman and Larry Englande as Vice Chairman. McGovern represents Ward 9 and was initially appointed to the Board in 2004. Englande, who represents Ward 8, has served the Board since 2003, and served as Chairman in 2006 and 2007.
