SMH July Employees of the Month
Congratulations to the July Employees of the Month: Nada Burge, Ashley Hoffpauir and Matthew Johnston.
Leader Recipient- Nada Burge, RN Operations Coordinator, Emergency Services
Nada spends her time developing staff members and focusing on quality improvements within the department. She handles large volume days with grace while ensuring a safe and compassionate care environment. Nada provides an excellent patient experience and is a true model of what an exceptional employee and leader should be.
Clinical Recipient- Ashley Hoffpauir, RN in the ICU
Ashley is extremely knowledgeable and is looked to as an expert in ICU nursing. She accepts all challenges with a smile and prioritizes education by serving as a preceptor, teaching hemodynamic and pacemaker classes to her peers. She is a humble leader at this hospital.
Non-Clinical Recipient- Matthew Johnston, Food Service Worker in Nutritional Services
Matthew is one of the most dependable employees on our team. He is always willing to help others when they need it. Matthew plays a very important role in the department and without him the kitchen does not run as smoothly as it does when he is working. Matthew's role can often be overlooked but we all know he is a STAR!
