SMH March Employees of the Month
Congratulations to the March Employee of the Month recipients, Blake Stockstill, Lynn Bagain and Tammy Durgin.
Leader Recipient- Blake Stockstill, Manager of RN Nursing Unit in the ICU
Blake works tirelessly at things he is responsible for with a smile on his face. Everyone he meets is a friend, and he always has the time or makes the time to listen. He is compassionate and is very involved with the family and patients of the unit. He makes sure that everyone is content and happy with their care.
Clinical Employee Recipient- Lynn Bagain, Unit Assistant in Cardiology
Lynn is frequently recognized by their families for being kind and considerate. She is a wonderful asset to her unit and others. Lynn never complain and always offers to help others and frequently rotates to other units when asked with a smile on her face.
Non-Clinical Recipient- Tammy Durgin, Patient Registration Family Practice Clinics, Patient Access Representative
Tammy is extremely friendly and extremely professional when interacting with both patients and coworkers.She has a calm demeanor and handles patient calls in an empathetic, friendly manner while speaking clearly and confidently. We are so happy that she has joined our team.
