This Lamaze Childbirth Education Series is a four-week program offered by the hospital for pregnant women who want to feel informed, confident, and prepared for labor and birth. Led by trained instructors, the series covers labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques, comfort measures, partner support, and informed decision-making. Classes encourage active participation and provide practical tools to help manage labor and welcome your baby with confidence.
