About

Casey Cox was raised in Slidell and graduated from Slidell High School. She attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she received her Bachelors Degree in 1998; later earning her Masters of Science in Nursing from Southern University in 2012. Casey works as a Family Nurse Practitioner serving the Slidell community in the urgent and primary care setting. Casey is committed to caring for and promoting healthy lifestyles for her patients. She loves the Slidell community in which she lives and is proud to be a part of the SMH Physicians Network.
