Breastfeeding 101

This breastfeeding class, hosted by the hospital’s Labor and Delivery Department, is led by experienced lactation consultants dedicated to supporting new and expectant parents. The class covers the basics of breastfeeding, including latching techniques, milk supply positioning, common challenges, and when to seek help. Participants will gain practical knowledge, confidence and helpful resources to support a successful breastfeeding journey.
