January Employee of the Month Recipients
Congratulations to Betty Boriskie, Anne Lease, and Stephanie Higginbotham for being selected as Employees of the Month for January.
Leader Recipient: Betty Boriskie, Manager- Inpatient Radiology
Betty always goes above and beyond to ensure that the department operates smoothly and efficiently. She instills a sense of pride in the work that we do everyday . She wants each tech to do their very best work. Betty is an advocate for her team and has the managing type of what a great leader is all about.
Clinical Recipient: Anne Lease, Registered Nurse- Labor and Delivery
Anne has an incredible dedication to educating a new generation of nurses. She is always available to help and answer questions. What she does for her team is endless: organizing department specific skills fairs, educating staff on new policies and procedures, assisting with management duties when other managers are off.
Non Clinical Recipient: Stephanie Higginbotham, LPN Community Outreach Program Coordinator- Community Outreach
Stephanie is truly an asset to our team, to SMH and to our community. She is proactive in seeking opportunities to be involved, and she is great about building relationships both within SMH and Ochsner, as well as outside organizations. She is a true team player and does not hesitate to help out.
