SMH May Employees of the Month
Congratulations to the April Employee of the Month recipients: Amanda Bates, Ceyrelia Ladner and Natalie Prinz.
Leader Recipient: Amanda Bates, RN Operations Coordinator in the SMH Heart Center and Cath Lab
Amanda is always willing to assist coworkers in the Heart Center and Cath Lab. She is a vital part in planning daily patient recovery and always lends a hand during emergent STEMI cases. Amanda's high energy and passion is what is loved the most about her by departments. Amanda has demonstrated remarkable leadership strength in her role. She is our department's cheerleader.
Clinical Recipient: Ceyrelia Ladner, RN in the Nursery
Ceyrelia has a strong wealth of knowledge in the maternal child area and is always happy and willing to share it with anyone that may need it. She has been known to jump in and handle emergency situations without hesitation. We know the care of the patients is excellent and the unit is well taken care of when Ceyrelia is working!
Non-Clinical Recipient: Natalie Prinz, Patient Access Representative in Family Practice Clinics
Natalie is always willing to help and goes above and beyond to achieve such great success for our team. She is super sweet, and very patient that calls or comes into the clinic.Throughout COVID, organizational changes, staffing shortages etc. Natalie maintains a positive demeanor at all times and that helps maintain positivity within the clinic.
